My husband & I have a good deal
of history in moving.., both buying &
selling our homes in various states as
well as overseas. Working with them was a pleasure.
After first contacting Jean about a
particular house I saw, we spoke about what we were truly looking
for, the type of home & areas we prefer; that sort of thing. Jean immediately set up a portal so we could see the homes in the area we might like, their status & prices etc.
When we came here to Scottsdale to see for ourselves we met Tom and we
proceeded to have a look at the homes we chose from the portal.
Looking at each home is where Tom's
expertise of construction, and materials, foundation etc. really
came in handy. Also his knowledge of
negotiating based on age & condition
of the homes was worth every cent the cost. The icing on this cake was all they both did for us when we were here and ready to move into our latest investment; our new home. In the move across country seems all
our furniture & belongings never left the east coast for whatever reason(s)
and here we were with a great big completely empty house, knowing our things were still back home and no one seemed to know why or
more importantly when they would arrive. As soon as Jean & Tom
heard of our situation, over they came with some furniture for sitting pots, pan, dishes, bowl, utensils of
all kind & many other items one just normally opens a draw, a cupboard,
or a closet for.
To say they Saved our lives and made what we thought would be a horror
into just a bit of inconvenience. Yes, they both are stars in buying
a home and so very much more. Recommend them, we would happily sing their praises to anyone, anytime!"
